Winter Ends
Seasons come to an end. The Swim Team banquet takes the time to honor all the swimmers. A comments was made that the Polish food was missing, the night is not about the food, though the swimmer's would beg to differ with me.
Looking back, you see how far the seniors have come and how much has changed. No longer small skinny freshman. Each swimmer has made their mark on the team.
This is the only team that I know of that does this separately from Sports Night which is held at the school. Sports Night is nice, but the Swim Team banquet encourages the sense of team, drawing in the family.
Time moves forward. The senior swimmers are ready to move on.
