celebrations

The grad party is over. Thankfully my sister was here, because the party would not have happened without her. Why? Well, the day before the party, I was placing some items in my trunk and my back went into spasm. Most of what needed to be done for the party was already done, so I decided not to cancel the party.

It was a beautiful day, and the drugs my doctor prescribed were working. The party went well. It was like revisiting my high school graduation when my son got thrown into the pool. At least he was at home and could change,I was not.

Drenched Grad

Next Saturday is my husband's birthday, the 4th is my eldest's. Now to plan for the next big event.... my sister's surprise 50th in August. I guess for now I'm a party girl. It's nice to have a lot to celebrate.

What do you eat?

Interesting photo essay shows what a family eats in a week. Would you want to display what you eat in a week? What would be in my picture? For me the thought is revealing. Actually now there would not be too much junk food, since I am trying to have a more healthy lifestyle.

How much is spent on groceries in a week? The average cost is somewhere around $150. Prices have gone up recently and will continue to rise.

What are favorite foods? For me, english cukes, plain yogurt, strawberries, nuts and chocolate.

What are your answers?
