Free Time
A scare commodity for me is downtime. However I found myself with a free afternoon and it was heaven. After weeks of non-stop activity the opportunity to relax was freeing. I could actually feel the tension leaving my body. It is something that I should do more often. Can free time be scheduled without pressure?
I dream of a warm sunny beach with gentle salt air breezes. The soothing rhythmic sound of the waves breaking. Sunshine reflecting off the waves. No clocks. No schedules. No responsibilities.
