In class
Tonight I needed ice. Usually exercising in the pool is harmless, however during aqua aerobics a foam dumbbell came shooting up out of the water and provided me with a strong upper cut to my jaw. My teeth came together hard. Besides feeling stupid because I did not place them together properly, I wonder why guys actually box. Dang, that stuff hurts. Back to the ice.
