Proper English
It is rather shameful when you can use the President of our country as an example of how not to speak English. In the President’s Rose Garden speech yesterday, he presented a teachable moment. I do not recall his statements, but I do remember that instead of saying “to” he said “ta”. My youngest and I got into a discussion about the importance of speaking proper English. It is truly a shame when our President cannot speak English properly.
