Though I do not know the details... today I heard that English may end up being the National Language. Apparently it passed in the Senate and now will go to the House.I applaud this effort and hope it passes.
My grandmother came to this country and learned English, so did my father.I had to teach my brother English.
Knowing English has provided us with a spirit of belonging and other opportunities like education. Hopefully this will stop the separation and help unify our country.
