Such a pain in the posterior, just as is the hoops you have to go though. Many folks loved HMOs because you did not have to file claims. It was easy. Now with taxes and such you have to keep, file maintain papers to support your claim.
No longer is a person’s word good enough. It’s like that line from Jerry Maguire: “Show me the money!” Everyone wants physical proof, along with a summary. Egads! I feel like I’m back in college.
