Time
Time is precious. If we do not use it wisely it slips through our fingers just like the sand in an hourglass. It is our choice on how we use it or waste it.
There are many ways to waste time; playing games on the PC or worrying about things that may be beyond your control. Fear and procrastination are the main culprits when wasting time.
Once the time is gone, they may be regrets. So forge ahead and get things done.
