Spring is nearing

It is with great anticipation that I await the arrival of mud season. Though I hate the mud, it signals a change. So I am getting things planned for the up coming season and am still working on the purging in my home.

I am looking forward to the newness of the season, sprouting leaves and flowers on the trees, and flowers poking through the ground. The fragrances will replace the crisp winter air.

It is time for winter to take leave. The naked branches need some color. Spring arrives March 20th. I cannot wait for the fresh start of the plants.
