Spring Break
As it turned out my eldest did not leave early and it is still snowing in the Adirondacks. It is a long drive and I asked him to call me when he got there. His roommate was still in the ICU, so it would be impossible to see him. He is expected to make a full recovery, however the during the knee surgery they could not totally repair the damage. There is only has 6 weeks left of this semester.
After my son left this afternoon, I took the time to pamper myself. I painted my toes, did a face mask, etc. It was wonderful to take a break and have some time for me. Tomorrow it is back to the daily grind, but my spirit has been renewed.
