Refreshed, soothed, relaxed.

Tonight was the time to return to the pool. Exercising in water is soothing to my soul. Though I hate the smell of chlorine, and the water temperature varies widely from day to day, it does not dampen my spirit. The repetitive movements are sequenced, my body remembers. Each time I go, my technique improves. Even when my back is acting up I still can go at my own pace, gaining some benefit from getting wet.

No Stress. No worries. Just focus on the movement and feel the water caressing you. Breath, feel the air energize your body.

Only Monday and Wednesday, too bad it is not every night.
