Roadblocks, delays, detours
Sometimes our plans get derailed, we get detained or sidetracked. This is a normal course of life.
This train detained me from arriving on time. Frustration ran though me. Perhaps I should have taken another route. What ??? It’s stopping! No! Okay, the switchman has arrived. The train goes in reverse and clears the road. The crossing bars rise. I’m Free.
