Back to School Week
My baby had orientation today. It's strange that he is in college now. Classes start tomorrow and he is commuting. My middle son goes back the day after that.
My precious first born is on his first vacation at the Cape. Time is passing, things are changing. No empty next yet. I have been blessed with good kids. I'm looking forward to a long peaceful weekend.

Brithday Girl
It's her 50th birthday!
We spent the day at the beach and I didn't spill the beans about tomorrow's surprise party. The day was beautiful and relaxing.
The seas were a bit rougher than usual due to an offshore storm. Surfers flocked to the lighthouse to catch the waves.

Exercise
Commitment has been made. The fitness center at the local community college has group classes for a price that I can afford. I really like the instructor of the pilates and yoga class. The treadmill is the first piece of equipment that I tried, not really to my liking, but doable.
